4 salmon fillets (4-6 oz each)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
Salt and pepper
Lemon slices for serving
Instructions
. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper.
. Place salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet and brush with herb and lemon mixture.
. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until salmon is cooked through and flaky.
